Additional Terms and Conditions of Kraamzorg Liefdevol Begin

These additional terms and conditions supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Maternity Care from BO Geboortezorg and apply to all care agreements with Kraamzorg Liefdevol Begin. Registration takes place upon signing the care agreement by the client, after which these additional terms and conditions will also be provided. The Care Provided

• Kraamzorg Liefdevol Begin offers tailored care, fully customized to the client’s needs.

• The number of care hours to be provided is determined according to the LIP (National Care Indication Protocol). The reimbursement for these hours depends on the insurance policy terms. Hours not covered by the insurance will be directly charged to the client.

• If applicable, a personal contribution per care hour will be charged, depending on the insurance package. The amount is determined annually by the Healthcare Institute.

• An evaluation will take place around the third day of care. If the care is not to the client’s satisfaction, we will work together to find a suitable solution.

• The care for mother and child takes the highest priority. Household tasks are subordinate to the care.

• If a maternity care professional is unexpectedly unable to provide care themselves, replacement care will be arranged by other colleagues.

• The minimum care provision per day is 3 hours, except for intensive care after premature birth.

• Kraamzorg Liefdevol Begin works according to ARBO guidelines and ensures a safe working environment. If this is not guaranteed, care may be discontinued.

• The bed of the postpartum woman should be between 70 and 80 cm high and must be accessible from all sides.

Cancellation

• Cancellations must be made in writing. Administrative costs will be charged, except in the case of cancellation for medical reasons.

Unwanted Behavior

• Unwanted behavior, such as discrimination, violence, coercion, or dangerous pets, will not be tolerated. In case of such behavior, care will be immediately terminated.

Liability

• Kraamzorg Liefdevol Begin can be held liable for damages caused by fault or negligence. Damages due to incorrect instructions from the client will not be reimbursed.

• Only safe and reliable equipment and materials may be used. Damages caused by faulty materials will not be reimbursed.

• Damage must be reported in writing to Kraamzorg Liefdevol Begin. A deductible of €50 applies.

Provision of Powers of Attorney

• We do not use the client’s bank cards, PIN codes, or credit cards.

Complaints

• Complaints can be submitted in writing via info@kraamzorgliefdevolbegin.nl.

Confidentiality and Privacy

• Kraamzorg Liefdevol Begin stores client and newborn data in accordance with the GDPR and the Medical Treatment Agreement Act (WGBO).

• Data can be provided at the request of the client, unless otherwise required for the safety of the family.

• No information will be provided to third parties without written consent, except in cases of violation of the Domestic Violence and Child Abuse Reporting Code.
